Send notification about user’s action in chat

With this method you can notify other chat participants about your action in chat.

Action types

• TYPING_ON - “user is writing a message” event;
• SENDING_PHOTO - “user is sending a photo” event;
• SENDING_VIDEO - “user is sending a video” event;
