Notification types which are affected by this mass operation.

The behavior on the client when action is executed:

• FILTER - The client should filter out affected notification types from list of notifications.
• UNFILTER - The client should unfilter notifications that was filtered out by previous mass operation.
• INVALIDATE_ALL - The list of notifications should be fully refreshed on the client.
